I had a comfortable stay at a hotel close to the city center, just 2km from Grand Place. The hotel was quiet, clean, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The location was ideal, especially since it was close to the Tomorrowland Shuttles. Although there were a few minor inconveniences like a taxi mix-up and limited room service, overall I would still recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and convenient location.

The cleanliness was impeccable, with a spacious and clean room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the gym which was always open and accessible. The location in the city center was perfect, just a short walk from the railway station and the historical center. Transportation was convenient, with the hotel being close to the metro station and a bus stop. The staff were friendly and helpful, with the receptionist speaking multiple languages fluently.

Excellent location, 10 min walk to Grand Place, 5 min to Gare du Nord. Very clean and safe, card-protected entrance and lift. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially at front desk. Own AC/heating, tea/coffee facilities. Fast free WiFi.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both the downtown area and the central metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also within walking distance of the Nord station, providing easy access to and from the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as tea and coffee facilities. The staff is professional and available to assist with any needs.
The staff could have been a little more friendly and welcoming during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay here at this hotel. The location is ideal, with the main shopping street just a few steps away and the train station a very short walk away. The service provided by the staff is remarkable, from room service to housekeeping. The facilities were amazing, with shuttle service available for a fee and amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The toiletries provided were also free and of excellent quality.
I would recommend this venue to everyone who wants to experience luxury accommodations with enhanced comfort and quality services.

The location was great, very close to the train station and other key attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also enjoyed the in-room Wi-Fi, which was strong.
the breakfast was not recommendable as we found better and cheaper options outside the hotel.
